When should I expect to receive my K-1?

Our goal is to deliver K-1s as early as possible each year.

However, delivery timing can vary depending on factors such as when we receive necessary information from underlying investments or fund administrators.

K-1s for Direct SPVs are typically distributed between March and April, while K-1s for Indirect SPVs (those that invest in other funds) are typically distributed between June and August.

In some cases, delays from underlying funds or companies may push delivery closer to tax deadlines.
