Why does my K-1 show no income or loss?

Most of our SPVs are structured to pass through investment exposure without generating operating income or expenses. As a result, it’s common for K-1s to show no taxable income or loss.

You may still see reportable items like contributions or distributions reflected on the K-1, even if there is no income.
